Discrimination Navigator™ provides information primarily about federal anti-discrimination laws enforced by the EEOC, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Equal Pay Act (EPA), the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA), the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), and the Government Employee Rights Act (GERA).
