Delete your account
This removes your Discrimination Navigator® account and everything stored with it. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover any of it afterwards.
Download anything you still need first.
If you signed a charge, this deletes Discrimination Navigator's copy of it and the record of when you signed. That record is the proof that what you filed is exactly what you wrote. If there is any chance you will need it, open your downloads and save everything before you continue.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in and your email address.
- Your saved wizard answers, finished or not.
- Any charge you signed, including the record of when you signed it.
- Anything you confirmed you understood along the way.
- What you have bought, and the access that came with it.
- Any deadline result or free guide we emailed you.
A subscription is cancelled first, so you are not charged for an account that no longer exists. If that cancellation fails, nothing is deleted and your account stays exactly as it is.
Checking whether you are signed in.
Would rather not delete everything? If you only want to stop a subscription, you can cancel it and keep your account and your records. Open your downloads and use the billing link there.
